+ 35,000đ các quận ngoại thành (thành phố Hồ Chí Minh)
+ ngoại tỉnh: phí thông báo sau khi đơn hàng được xác nhận
GIAO HÀNG TIÊU CHUẨN
- Giao hàng trong buổi chiều trong ngày cho các đơn hàng đặt trước 12 giờ trưa
- Giao hàng vào ngày hôm sau cho các đơn hàng đặt sau 12 giờ trưa
GIAO HÀNG NGAY
phí sẽ được báo sau tuỳ vào địa chỉ nhận hàng
GIAO HÀNG VÀO NGÀY MONG MUỐN
chọn hàng và ghi chú ngày & khoảng thời gian muốn giao
* TRƯỜNG HỢP KHÔNG THỂ GIAO HÀNG:
Nếu chúng tôi không thể liên lạc cho quý khách để giao hàng, hàng sẽ được trả lại chúng tôi và sẽ liên hệ lại để sắp xếp giao hàng lại lần 2. Sau lần 2 nếu đơn hàng vẫn không thể giao, do nguyên nhân không phải từ chúng tôi, thì đơn hàng này sẽ bị huỷ bỏ. Giá trị đơn hàng nếu đã thanh toán sẽ được hoàn trả, nhưng sẽ trừ đi phí giao hàng
Trường hợp vì lý do bất khả kháng cản trở việc giao hàng, chúng tôi sẽ liên lạc ngay để thông báo với quý khách hàng và sẽ nỗ lực hết sức để việc giao hàng diễn ra sớm nhất có thể
Giá sản phẩm là giá chưa bao gồm phí giao hàng. Phí này sẽ được thêm vào tổng giá trị đơn hàng sau khi quý khách hàng hoàn tất việc chọn mua hàng
SHIPPING POLICIES
Free shipping on all orders over 1,000,000đ
+ 20,000đ delivery within inner districts of Ho Chi Minh
+ 35,000đ delivery to outskirts of Ho Chi Minh
+ outside of Ho Chi Minh City: delivery fee and shipment will be notified upon order confirmation
STANDARD DELIVERY
For order confirmation before 12pm: shipment will be made in the afternoon on the same day
For order confirmation after 12pm: shipment will be made on the next day
EXPRESS DELIVERY
Available upon request. Kindly note your request of express delivery and phone number. We will contact for delivery fee and shipment confirmation
CUSTOM DELIVERY
- shipment shall be made on your desired day & time
- delivery fee shall be added upon purchase confirmation
* UNABLE TO DELIVER
if you are not at the delivery location at the time agreed, please contact us again to rearrange delivery for another mutually convenient day
if we are unable to deliver, your items will be returned to our depot. We will try to contact you for a second delivery. If the order still could not be delivered on the second time, and for reasons not attributable to us, we will assume that you wish to cancel the purchase and it will be terminated
as a result of the termination of the purchase, we will return to you all payments received from you, excluding delivery charges (and for any additional costs resulting from your choice of any delivery method other than the ordinary delivery method that we offer)
if our supply of the items is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know, and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the Contract and receive a refund for any items you have paid for but not received
